LOCATION Ground floor, top end of Glastonbury High St.
by the bus stop (National coach, local bus to Wells/ Bristol train station/ Bristol airport) Half an hour drive from the M5 motorway.
Quiet space with thick mediaeval walls, stone mullioned windows, mediaeval stone flagged hallway. Celtic themed decor, lots of natural wood, plain white walls, warm comfort, central heating.
LIVING ROOM Comfortable room with stone mullioned, mediaeval windows. Chinese dragon rug. Double sofa. Wing chair. Pine dining table & pine dining chairs can fold neatly away. Small pine tables. Reading lamps.
IKEA day bed good size single, opening to king size bed (good for disability). Set of duvet, linen, pillows in drawers below & pine storage chest. Extra thick blanket. Extra moveable radiator. First aid box. WIFI.
BEDROOM Double bed, handmade solid oak four poster bed, with French lace and voile drapes. Victorian pine chest of drawers, Victorian pine wardrobe, Chinese dragon rug. Two fluffy hot water bottles, travel hairdryer, iron, ironing blanket.
KITCHEN Compact well equipped kitchenette with lovely window seat (on the left), view down High St. Disabled access.
Gas stove with eye level grill. Microwave also eye level. Traditional butler ceramic sink, antique mahogany worktops, fridge & freezer. Toaster, kettle, china and cutlery, pine chopping block. Etched glassware, rose copper cutlery. Sliding hatch to bedroom.
Workspace designed by retired cafe owner, now disabled.
BATHROOM Dragon theme, big sunny window. Corner bath with ergonomic back support & grab rail. Hairwash spray attachment. Dragon bathmat. A single step between bedroom and bathroom (alternative door available without step).
Friendly neighbour nearby, experienced local guide http://tintagic.com/ Personal tours to Glastonbury, Stonehenge, Dartmoor, Tintagel. Also numerologist, and brilliant well known musician impresario Circulus psychedelic folk, progressive rock band. Very sweet Cornishman.
